We become proud owners

We found the Old Reservoir for sale back in January 2019 and have laboured steadily, working down a tick list of tasks and here we are on 19 July 2019 having completed the purchase.

It is a reservoir, a concrete tank which has, since 1943, held water; hence the massive ball-cock.
The site has planning permission to convert the tank into a dwelling incorporating the best of 21st century architecture.
